SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

  • Origin: Poland (Tricity).

  • Processing time:

    • ready-to-ship artworks: 1–2 business days,

    • made-to-order prints (B1 posters): 3–5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Poland: 1–3 business days,

    • EU: 3–7 business days,

    • outside EU: 5–14 business days (customs clearance not included).

  • Carriers: InPost, DPD, DHL, Polish Post (selection available at checkout).

  • Cost: always free shipping.

  • Tracking: you will receive a tracking link via e-mail after dispatch.

  • Packaging: posters are shipped in sturdy tubes; combined orders are usually packed together whenever possible.

 

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

  • Customers within the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order – no reason required.

  • To proceed: send an e-mail to [e-mail] within 14 days. The product must be returned within the following 14 days.

  • Condition of returned items: unused, undamaged, without signs of framing or mounting, in the original tube or equivalent safe packaging.

  • Return shipping cost: covered by the customer (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).

  • Refunds: issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return, via the same payment method used for the order.

Note: custom-made items (e.g., with personalized size or print) cannot be returned, unless defective. Standard posters from the collection are eligible for returns as described above.

Exchanges

If you would like a different design/size, please return your order according to the return policy and place a new order — this is the fastest solution.

Damages & Complaints

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery: include photos of the packaging and the product along with your order number, and send them to [e-mail].

  • If the item is faulty, you are entitled to warranty protection (EU law). We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — at no extra cost to you.​

Taxes & Customs (outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by local authorities — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
